Lauren has been performing since she was knee-high to a grasshopper. She was very active in Theatre and Speech & Debate during High School, earned her degree in Theatre from Abilene Christian University, and now performs professionally.

Improv has been a passion for Lauren for over a decade. She is a proud member of CSzHouston- Home of ComedySportz. You can catch her antics every month, along with a slew of other talented improvisers at ComedySportz.

Lauren has been a featured speaker with multiple organizations including CITA, Ambassadors 4 Christ, The Women's Ministry at Vintage Church, Northland Christian School, and ComedySportz Houston. In 2016 she kicked off the South East Texas Listen to Your Mother Show with her story "The Three Words."
